Studio Rentals

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Minimum 1 hour rental per studio.
• All studios are equipped with central air/heat, stereo system (aux. Cord capability only – no CD players), sprung wood floors.
• Call the studio at 416-535-4409 or email [email protected] to book a studio. We will need you to provide us with your full name, phone number, email.
• Credit Card is required to hold the reservation.

48HR CANCELLATION POLICY

• After hours rates* may apply.
• NO VIDEOGRAPHY OR GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTION ALLOWED. Rentals for private lessons or rehearsals only.
• Chairs and tables are available upon request – please let management know in advance what you require.

AUDITIONS: Sufficient space must be booked to accommodate all dancers who are attending the audition. Holding rooms must be booked in advance. No bodies should be should be in the hallway blocking any flow traffic. Please bring enough staff to manage the numbers and control crowds, as to not obstruct public areas/entrances. Bring your own supplies!

• Please be cautious of mirrors.
• No food allowed in studios.

AFTER HOURS RATES INFO:
$50/hr extra – on top of regular rental rate
Monday – Friday after 10pm
Saturday and Sunday after 7pm
(For example: Studio Z rental 10pm – 11pm $30 + $50 after hours rate)

Must be approved by MDC Toronto Management.
